Millan was interested in several other schools, including Texas State, Nicholls State and Incarnate Word. Millan graduated from Coronado High School in 2020.

“I’m excited for the spring season,” he said. “We had a good autumn and we have a good team. I got a chance to play in a Junior College All-Star game this year, and it helped me a lot. I got to play in front of many scouts and got another chance. to play against a lot of competition, which allowed me to work on many things I wanted to get better at. “
