Ty Walton Appalachian Aces
The fall season of travel baseball ended for Jayden Helmick (US Elite) and Ty Walton (Appalachian Aces) in early October. They play on their own travel teams and have even been opponents this fall. Both boys love the sport of baseball and have made lifelong friends from their travel experiences. It is common for them to play a football match on Friday and go out to a tournament after the match or early the next morning. Sometimes it is a 2-3 hour car ride, but other times it is a 2-3 hour flight. Fortunately, their families love to follow them and enjoy building lifelong friendships with the families of their teammates. Their experiences have not only improved their understanding of the game and built friendships, but also given them life skills they will use throughout their lives.
