It was around 11 pm when the emergency services responded Beuzeville-la-Grenier (Seine-Maritime), way off Bolbec to help a person seriously injured.
An open investigation
Initial findings show that the victim, a 26-year-old man, was hit with a baseball bat in the head “after an attack by a person wearing a balaclava.”
He was transported medically to Lillebonne hospital. An inquiry was opened by the gendarmes in Terre-de-Caux to determine the exact circumstances and whether there really was an attack.
