Capitol rioter Darrell Neely stole China, officer clothing, brand and hat, says Feds

Witness 1 said during the first conversation, part of which was on video, Neely went into the Capitol and told what he saw, according to court documents. The second video call was around 5:30 p.m., Witness 1 said as Neely left the Capitol area.
