Trois-Rivières – The coaching staff that led the Eagles in 2020 is back next year. Head coach Rémi Doucet therefore takes over the management of Trois-Rivière’s junior baseball team, supported by Mike Lachance, Steeve Ager and Derek Marchand.
Trifluviens finished second in its division last summer, with 12 wins and 9 losses.
In addition to the nomination for the quartet (Lachance is also the director general of education), Aigles Jr has appointed Matthieu Lépine as governor. The former receiver had the team’s colors when they played in the Quebec Elite Junior Baseball League.
“We are very pleased to have such a good team of coaches, led by a leader and a winner in Rémi Doucet,” said Aigle general manager René Martin.
“Their return gives us stability in the juniors, while the arrival of Matthieu stiffens us. Like several other former players, he is back with us. ”
