Calling all New York Mets and baseball fans | Herald Community Newspapers

New York Mets fans have a lot to be excited about from a new owner to a team that emerges at the height of singing powerless agents to reject the Mets’ past, present and future author and Food expert Brett Topol visits Peninsula Public Linrary through Zoom on Thursday, December 3 at 7 p.m.

Topol, communications director at Buckley Country Day School on Long Island and adjunct professor of journalism at Adelphi University, has a new book coming out “Mount Rushmore of the New York Mets” (with a special discussion on the life and career of Tom Seaver), is the author of three other books including Mets and one from 1929 to 1931 Philadelphia Athletics dynasty.
