Several major league players took advantage of training camp to post interesting individual statistics in the Grapefruit League in Florida and the Cactus League in Arizona. Here are seven hitters who have burned especially so far:
Bobby Dalbec
Boston Red Sox first baseman Bobby Dalbec impressed many, including hitting five home runs in the Grapefruit League. The 25-year-old has a slaughter average of 0.333. The only problem: his many strikes (15).

Adam frazier
According to the Pittsburgh Pirates’ colors, the veteran Adam Frazier is on average 591, after 13 hits in 22 official appearances. If he did not hit the long ball, Frazier especially got two doubles and two triples.

Vladimir Guerrero son
One of the best prospects for the Toronto Blue Jays, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., came to camp in very good shape. As proof, he hit 12 hits, including a home run, in 20 appearances. The result: a stroke average of .600.

Shohei Ohtani
If he is not at the top of his game on the mound, Japan’s Shohei Ohtani hits the ball solidly on the Los Angeles Angels. He actually averages .600 (12 in 20) in the Cactus League, having hit four home runs.

Joc pederson
The former Los Angeles Dodgers make a good impression with their new team, the Chicago Cubs. Player Joc Pederson hit five long balls in 29 official match play. He has 13 hits.

Josh rojas
Josh Rojas, a native of Arizona, seems to be enjoying himself with the Diamondbacks. Since the start of planning before the season, he has dominated with 16 hits, including three homers. Rojas will be a candidate for the role of the team’s first hit.

Corey seager
Named MVP for the last world series, Corey Seager seems to continue where he left off with the Los Angeles Dodgers. He hit five home runs and produced 12 runs after 33 home attempts. His average: .394.
