Padres Military Season Pass

SAN DIEGO — The San Diego Padres are widely known for their great affection towards the men and women of our armed forces. Always giving back in new and exciting ways, the Padres have introduced a new opportunity coming in the 2012 season that allows junior enlisted military personnel (pay grades E1-E3 only) to purchase a military season pass for $99.

The special military season pass includes one Upper Reserved ticket for 80 home games, excluding Opening Day on April 5. Passes can be purchased at local military bases and at the Petco Park box office. A Military ID is required for both purchase and use of the Military Season Pass. Pass holders may purchase additional tickets at the Padres’ regular military discounted price — $6 off single-game tickets priced $13.50 or higher, with the exception of All-You-Can-Eat seats.

Additionally, the Padres will introduce 2012 Military Appreciation Sundays this season. Players will dawn Marine digital camouflage uniforms during these Sunday home games as the club honors each branch of the military on dedicated appreciation days. Also new in 2012, the Padres will honor military spouses and children through a Military Spouse Appreciation game, as well as a Salute to the Military Child and Military Family Appreciation Day to honor those who also serve.

Every home game in 2012 will feature a “Military Moment,” highlighting the accomplishments and sacrifices of San Diego’s service members and their families.

We salute the San Diego Padres for giving back to the military families in their communities and award them with a Gold Star! Additionally, we thank the men and women who bravely serve our country and thank them for their service.
